    2015年营销类新员工专项培训顺利结业

       七月,博立化工大家庭的营销团队迎来了一批充满活力的年轻人,在炎炎夏日吹起一阵青春的凉风。为了让这些新成员更加全面系统地了解公司,更快地进入工作角色,增强对公司的归属感,公司根据新员工培养机制,针对营销类岗位的特点,于7月20日至22日举办了系统的专项培训。


          为期三天的培训紧张而充实,内容涵盖企业文化、工作流程、产品知识、技术操作、营销战略、销售实务、品牌建设、时间管理等方方面面。由公司高层领导和各部门经理组成的强大导师阵容,不仅带来高含金量的理论课程,更有细致入微的经验分享,让学员们直呼过瘾。“打胶实际操作”和“销售实战模拟”等环节,增强了培训过程中员工的参与性和互动性,避免填鸭式教学。


          黄恒超副总经理一句“思路决定出路”让学员们茅塞顿开,他鼓励新员工在以后的工作中既要开拓思路、勇于创新、避免局限,又要“知己知彼”,避免闭门造车,盲目自大,还要认清形势、认清自己,在工作中扬长避短,方能取得好成绩。


          陈立总经理以“与成功有约”为主题,结合企业文化和自身感受与学员们分享了对“成功”的理解。“成功”在每个人心中有着不同的定义,但对成功的不懈追求正是努力实现“美好未来,卓越人生”的过程。只有“心存高远”才能充满激情、积极进取;只有不断学习,正确面对困难和挑战,才能“构建高远”。只有选对事,做对事,并不断坚持,才能实现超越,才能“成就高远”。不少新员工表示:“听了缪总的一席分享可谓醍醐灌顶,也让我们对人生目标有了更深刻的认识,对未来的规划有了更高的格局,希望公司能多提供一些这样的培训机会。”

       General manager Chen Li shared his understanding combining with company’s culture and their own feelings with the participants on the "success" in the theme of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". Everyone has a different definition on "success". But the relentless pursuit of success is the process to achieve "a better future, excellent life"
